I am 25 male,only 158cm. People say play basketball can work, but try since from young still the same. I think basketball is played by already tall people. i wonder if going to hospital or clinic can work. eg. hormone injection, leg sawing, or maybe other like pump more calcium or medication into bloodstream.

I feel so inferior especially in the lift looking all the tall men, some women are even taller than me here at work. They use the kind of look at me when i stand in
the centre of the lift, embrassesing. No confident to face people,even my gf left me due to my height. When she said that, I really feel like jumping out of the window and recarnate to be a new person. I can't carry on with these stupid short ugly body.

I have read other forum on height increase, it seem like it is always the same answer like playing basketball but I have try everything since very young, yet no increase since after 15 but have not see a doctor yet.

Can anyone here help me what to do for increasing height before it is too late for me. Thanks all of you.

Wear those nike dunks or air to grow 2 to 3 inch..

I have tried those shoe with thick sole of about 5 cm. But still look very short compare with the normal height people. It's a six year old girl wearing high heel. My co-worker said I look better with normal shoe

How tall is his wife? It is difficult to find girl who are 150 and below. Girls are getting taller and mature faster nowaday which is a disadvantages to me. I saw a few of 1.5 plus girls having relationship with 1.8m plus guys. which left none from the shorter guy. It is hard for guys to accept a taller girl.

you can be taller than others in more ways than one.

if your outer shell refuses to grow, work on what's inside instead. it's more important anyway.

after some time people will look at you and think, "i want to be just like him."

now isn't that better?

I have a been a good guy, yet people had been always taking advantage of me. I have nothing special, even I have a nice personality, I would still at the loser end. I tried that.

I slipped into depression and had sleepless night troubling with my height problem for two years. I have been wanting to jump out of the window to end my life and forget the worries everytime I recall my gf said “You are too short for me, Let’s break up!” It is just like stabbing a knife into my heart.

My parents are taller than me. I think I am an alien. My gf spit the remarks at me on my height. Somemore I am not very good-looking too as comment by others by pinpointing or make bad remarks on me. My head is very big as compared to my body with many pimples scars
