you see i know this gal for 4 yrs and after we graduated from sec sch we kept close contact with each other often smsing and going out for movies sometimes lunch/dinner frequently.. i found that i like her but i dunno what is she feeling towards me cos i was rejected once by another gal and dun wana get rejected again.. should i try telling her that i like her cos i dun wana get rejected again

Always good to let her know she's special to you, better to try and get over the hurt sooner. Instead of living a life of regret.

It might turn out well as the girl already so close with you... It a fate since both of you still contacting even after sec gradaution... Furthermore, you mentioned that she even agreed to go out with you so her impression on you it not bad... So I suggest u hint her about you feeling for her.... Hey, a moment of rejection is better than a lifetime of regret.
I did not tell the girl I like about my feelings for her. I lost touch with her for six years. I spent those six years in regret until it became a huge burden to bear.
