my story’s like this.. knew this girl for about less than a month.. within this month we’ve been out on dates, thrice. send her home.. go eat.. dinner shopping etc. on the last date we held hands after the movies, and also i told her i like her and she said she liked me too. i told her once about being my gf over sms but she said not girlfriend yet, too fast. i plan to ask her again later this week. any suggestions on what to say.

maybe u should.. be smooth on the breaks and ease of the accelerator. Less then a month go out 3 times. not bad.. not bad~ =P think u should give it another 3 to 5 weeks to do ur magic on her.

1 mth v fast leh.. don't rush things.. the faster u rush into a relationship, the faster you will break up also.

TS , slow down yr speed and apply some brake. Then yr journey will be much comfortable and smoother....

No need to be so hung up about a designation.

Giving you the title of " boyfriend" does not really mean much.

When both of you agrees to remain in an exclusive relationship and abide by it, you are essentially a "couple".

What you are doing now is on the right track.

Take your time to get to know each other... care and concern for each other.. supportive of each other.. "GROW" and nurture the relationship. That's what a relationship is about.

I think you should not be so anxious and status conscious as some of fellow forumers have mentioned.

For a girl to accept your date and be with you already speaks volumes on how she feels about you and see in you. If I were you, I would be happy and contended and let it progress from there. You should not be so insecure and over sensitive, just be yourself and enjoy this relationship that you have now.

Courtship is a sweet process. Enjoy the process first.

Don't be too hasty in committing into a relationship without knowing her better.

Its all only the feelings what matters.. fast or slow doesnt really matter and it takes both parties to make things work... Toleration and understanding is needed.

Were u 2 the only persons trapped on an isolated island ? 8 days is pretty long man...   considering only the 2 of u. KK i am just being an ass.

But seriously... ithink 8 days is quite  fast.. into a relationship. If like that , can a 1 night stand then becomes a 3 month relationship... counted ? if so....  =x

simple la. She's almost yours, just that she don't want to rush into it.

Respect her, continue with what you are doing with her, and ask again in one month.

And... don't ask via sms. Do it face to face.
