      The guy ever bought lemon tea & chrysanthenum tea drinks to a gal (to this gal only at workplace)... does it mean he is interested in the gal & is making the first move & see things how it goes from there?

      no concrete meaning tat he is interested.... anyone can buy the gal a drink...

      either you are having sore throat all the time, or you hold some important position that he need to buy for you.

      and yes. it's possible he have an interest in you. but might not be love.
