whenever im out, i see a girl, and theres always a guy for her. a girl walks into the mrt, a guy follows behind, arms around her waist. a girl sits at a cafe, 10 minutes later, a guy joins her. any girl, of all shapes and sizes, of different race and appearances. they all have a partner. hot guy gets hot girl. lucky guy gets hot girl. not so lucky guy gets average looking girl. lucky girls get hot guys. whatever it is. they are happy together., to have that someone to confide in and to lean on. and i was strongly reminded of the song “Soulmate” by Natasha Bedingfield. the chorus goes
“Who doesn’t long for someone to hold. Who knows how to love you without being told Somebody tell me why I’m on my own.If there’s a soulmate for everyone”
If theres a soulmate for everyone. they say good things come to people who wait. why do the desperates never get it, but the ones who dont want it get it?

walao giga no need say until like that ma. most singles will tend to also wonder if they will really have soulmates anot wad. all i can say is it is not within our control. i mean there is nothing much that you can do unless you have someone in mind and you feel that you will want to have more than just friends status then i'll say, go for it. if not, what u want the TS to do? fight for a guy with another girl? make herself as desirable as possible? i believe this isn't about looks. ultimately even how wonderful a person you are, if you cant find the right fella, it really isn't your fault. time will tell.
btw i do notice couples on the streets as well. same sentiments. i undertstand. have faith in yourself that no matter what u r loved, be it present or future.

soulmate also could mean a very very very very best and close friend, who knows you inside out, and will stick with you all the way
and ya, could be guy, could be girl
chances are its same gender 1
and please don't put girlfriend/boyfriend and soulmates together, cos it's not even close

hah. sometimes i see hot girl with ah pui...ugly guy gets hot girl...fat girl gets normal guy...blah...nothing like you said. anyways, if fate wants u to be single ur whole life, then that will be it...fate wants u to get married, then thats wat u get...

Soulmate??
Everything in life takes effort....expand youer social circles, meet more people, etc...
The MRT train door opens...you see a girl in front of you....she looks at you....suddenly the world turns black except the two of you...you walk up to her...both your eyes are fixated at each other...you slowly inch closer....now your lip is 2.8cm from her's...finally you two are locked in a strong embrace.....PIAK! (slap, and sound of machine slowly down)...you woke up from up fantasy and now the MRT officers are escorting you to the police!

Whenever I see a couple, I will pity that guy… Sour grapes??? Alrighty… u can say tat… LOL…
Anyway, if u consider ” lucky guy gets hot girl. not so lucky guy gets average looking girl”, then, probably, u can never find a soulmate lor… Coz, soulmate does not define only by looks… Tried not to be blind by your eyes… U have 5 senses with a heart to search for yr only one…

Did you read yesterday's Chinese newspapers?
It wrote about this couple whom the Singapore guy asked for the Chinese girl's hand in marriage on their second meeting (if I remembered correctly).
The girl is a Chinese, who came over to Singapore for holiday with her friends. While they were lost in Suntec City, the guy bumped into her and scattered her stuff across the floor. The guy helped the girl to gather her things and chemistry occurred. It was love at first sight. The girl went home to China two days later.
After some correspondence, they decided that they were made for each other and got married.
Moral-of-the-story: Miracles do happen, and
