i think that's too cautious already.
if u guys are good friends, then obviously she is contributing to the relationship in some way.
some things cannot be measured by money, ya?
maybe she just doesn't know. so lovingly share with her, her personality quirks, if it's so irritating to you.
or else... be more giving lor.

I tink gope things must have limit la. Cannot 1 packet of fries not u pay still gope until left 5 fries for the person who pay those kind.
TS is it beri serious? Like she gope 90% of whatever u all buy?
Maybe u can hint her nxt time. Like :" Eh, go buy urself leh, not enuf eat liao"

hi jay, good and close friends are hard to come by. From the way you described it, maybe your friend has some personal issue, esp finance. As she is your close friend, some time its quite pai seh to bring such matter up. Maybe you should look beyond the materialistic factor and show concern to her as a close and concern friend. Like you can casually pop her a question when she want to borrow some money for you.

you call this type of gal close frens?? then you need to re examine yourself on how to define frens and as close frens. Or on the other hand, dun tell me you like this gal but not willing to part with your money on her?? Money/allowance is in your pocket, dun spend your parents' hard earned cash on frens that are not willing to share and yet you define them as close frens. Wake up yr idea ya.

Exactly, i told ts to wake up his/her idea cos his classmate which he claim to be close fren is a freeloader, how then can a freeloader be a close frens. I am not talking about $$. You got a problem??

I teach u. Be proactive. Ask her to treat. Say you treat her so many times. Just say. I am sure u r right what.
I face similar problem too. My cousin kinda always say poor. BUt in malaysia, Proton wira. I really make excuse. When we order drink, they coming to pay. I always go toilet. make him him. Just tell her. Hey, Go on DUTCH. I not rich. Say the truth.
If she choose to ignore you, Jolly well forget her. If not she will pai seh, just screw her.
