Ok. Kinda guessed it cos the whole place is so empty. No more shuttle buses. But I was there at late night so I cannot confirm and didn't spot any posters.

There is one poster there by suntec management (only). I spent an hour looking at the new arrangment for the shuttle buses. (Especially Great World. Visit there frequently)

The change in boarding and alighting point was due to the fact that the relavent government agencies does not allow the shuttle services to stop infront of CityHall MRT Stn. Fines were given to them. Thus, they had no choice but to shift to the 130 bus stop.
If my memory doesnt fail, only Millennia Walk got the permission to stop infront of CityHall MRT Stn.

Route of service 242 poorly planned
I COMPLETELY agree with Ms Jennie Lee Hin Ming on her feedback on the unreliable feeder service 242 from Jurong West Extension to Boon Lay Interchange (my paper, Jan 9).
In addition to the problems she has raised, the bus frequently gets caught in traffic jams along Jalan Boon Lay in the morning.
This turns a 15-minute journey into a 45-minute one.
This is highly frustrating, especially since there is little need for service 242 to go down Jalan Boon Lay at all.
There are only two bus stops along Boon Lay Way, and few passengers get on or off there.
This is an example of poor route planning.
Feeder services must be improved before we can claim to have a world-class transport system.

Tat time Jurong West Extn not so developed yetYa... I still remember when i was young, the 600+ blocks were still not there yet. I remember that area used to have a large field of some trees and at that time, no ADD buses yet coz the demand is not that huge. and also Jln Boon Lay is not that congested at all.
But to think back, I think 242 needs to amend its route coz to get to Jln boon lay's 1 pair of bus stops (Blk 680C & 263), there's 157, 172 & 199 already.
I think when pioneer MRT station is ready, I really hope that 242 will amend its route from boon lay to st 63 to pioneer rd nth to st 91,92...
But then, those who stay at st 72,ave 5 (between st 71 & st 72)
will be GREATLY affectedEdited by azharjj 13 Jan `08, 12:00AM

I suggest service 242 can use Jurong West St 64, turn left at the junction with Jurong West Ave 4 and continue its journey to detour from the congested Jalan Boon Lay.
