Took TIB835R on 852 from Macritchie bus stop at 7pm. Bus was super packed, traffic
was slow, possibly due to rain.An old dirty uncle not happy with the slowness, kept scolding the standard hokkien
expletives and complaining in hokkien that the driver "gutless", dont know how to drive, drive so
slow, stop "unnecessarily" (how to chiong when got car in front blocking?), open exit
door "unnecessarily" (how driver knows if passenger want to alight at front or back
door anyway).But the best part is... the driver dont understand what he scolding... coz the driver was an Indian!

Thursday: 3/4/08
Taken one service 33 bus at Bedok Int. Waited for 17 minutes instead of the 2mins stated in iris. Finally one BC arrived before us and went into the bus, reluctant to go and take us...finally one supervisor from Control Room arrived and stated that the bus was down for repairs and another bus would take us. The first driver discussed with second one that his bus would choing to bugis to take px while the second one would take us.
Nothing wrong here???
1. Iris should not take the next bus as 2 mins as one bus was down (freq:15mins appox for 33)
2. SBS control should inform us about the change and somemore route group office was there in bedok int.
Hope to see improvements about information given from SBS
