Go www.ns.sg. You can order your uniform online there and they will deliver it to you at a service charge of just $5.
Heck, I just ordered my SAF New Balance last week the same way. My old running shoes are falling apart.
In fact, if I'm not wrong on the first day of ICT you can approach your QM branch to do a one-to-one exchange of your uniforms.

I dun wan to do that .... maybe ... I'll get thin enough to fit into my old ones one day ...

Uhh.... okay....
But don't you need at least a couple of good-fitting No.4 before you go for ICT? It might cost quite a bit to order through online emart if you don't have enough credits.
