Thai Airways will be operating A340-500 to SIN on certain flights, TG403/404 and TG409/TG410. According to my source , the aircraft's first flight to SIN should be this coming tuesday.
Jet Airways from India will start her flight operations to Singapore in April.
Mumbai to Singapore 9W4501 ETD 2250 ETA 0655
Singapore to Mumbai 9W4502 ETD 1825 ETA 2110
Daily flight. Aircraft used is 737-800.
Not very good news for photographers.

08 APR 2005 Phuket Air under scrutiny in the U.K. - defects found on two planes
UK CAA safety inspectors have grounded a Phuket Air Boeing 747-200 and banned another from carrying passengers after uncovering a series of big defects. The TCAS on one 747 was found to be broken and the evacuation safety lights were not working on another. The Department for Transport had ordered the emergency inspections after three safety scares in four days, involving planes bound for London. (The Times)
