I watched a taiwan drama by famous host interviewing a famous writer..success he said cannot be determined by a cushy job after Ivy league university education.
So that means if you are to be a cook after yale, it seems to be a waste here in Sg but in States you’re are considered creative and elite…
So my question is how many Sg parents will let their children play music and be a artist after they graduated from top uni?
And if the mindset still remains the same, how SG going be creative?

How big is big?
Most likely his job scope is way harder and work attitude is way better than his fellow classmates at the initial stages; he's being rewarded for the risk he took, the hard work and dedication he put in, and his good attitude. You don't see every insurance agents making big bucks too.
Simply put, it's different.

Agree with you bro eagle..!..he works 7 days a week..initial stage no life..but subsequently it'll be better...
From what I know, it is more of residual income they earn.... means every time some client pays his monthly/yearly amount, he gets a commission.
Thus over time, he will earn more and more without working more and more.
But then, insurance agents do take on a bad rep of being money-faced.
