In the last few years, hundreds of Korean primary school girls were raped in a primary school in South Korea. See article here : http://www.koreatimes.co.kr/www/news/nation/2008/05/117_23498.html

Think you are slightly perverting the truth. In your friend's forum, he did not say that there are many 'rape clubs' in Japan. He simply gave that youtube link into the investigation of A rape club (singular) in Waseda. There might or might not be more than one, but please don't distort the truth unless you have more videos about it.Personally, when you examine the 'rape club', it is simply an organised group who plans illegal activities for profit, with said illegal activity being the gang rape of a woman/women. I think such crime is not unheard of in other parts of the world.

Why are we a peaceful country is because once you commit a crime, your freedom wont last long. Not like continential countries.
So I believe it matters by the landspace.
