      My uncle was hit across Ann lai hotel, around sims ave and geylang area at 2.45am on 14 may 2008. He was crossing the road to collect his car at that point of time.

      According to the witnesses,

      1)The car that hit him was a White Honda Civic, which was i told was a newer model with car plate number 2945, but not sure about the letters.
      2)The car was travelling at a very high speed, one of the witness whom was a taxi driver couldnt catch him at 120km/hr.

      I would like to appeal to everyone reading this, to help me find car plates of any White Honda Civic with the car plate number of 2945.

      All i want is some justice to be done.

      Since you know the number is 2945, please make a police report... I am sure they can make the effort to have a list of all the cars with the number 2945.. and on top of that, you know its a Honda Civic.. and you are alreadly helping them to narrow down the search... and its white as you said earlier.

      Please let the authorities bring justice to your Uncle. If you choose to do it yourself, you may get yourself into trouble with the authorities.

      2.45am at Sims Ave...

      Other than physically, there shouldnt be any damage, no indication of brain damage. Will require operation on the legs as i heard. I didnt dare to go in and see him

      u shud report police b4 that bugger go repair his car body if there is any bumps or what..

      Anyway I cannot confirm the colour, but this is the only Civic with 2945 for SG? and SJ?.

      for the current civics, the earliest was a SGC if i recall clearly. unless retain old plate.

      Thanks alot tamago. Found another SGR honda civic. going to keep searching. Anyone has any idea on how to check out where does the owner stay? gonna run around and see if it is white in color

      you’ve got the colour, make and partial plate number of the car, the police will be able to track it down without any problem….don’t waste time here…..see to it that justice is served…

      leave everything to the authorites.

      they are able to access information most of us can't, just leave it to them.

      120kph can be charged liao... alrdy way above the 40kph abv legal speed limit

      hi alwaysdisturbed,

      we have reported to the police, but we wish to do our own investigation in hoping to speed up the investigation.

      Just to clarify, the taxi who saw him hit my uncle, chased him at 120km/hr but still lost him.

      Lastest update : There was a news article on this on Shin Min news paper on 15/5/08, can anyone spare me this newspaper? thanks
