      im a skinny guy.. will consuming weight gainers make my stomach fat.. cause now my stomach like a bit on the bloated side.. then i skinny damn funny.. how to get rid of it

      Coz they're loaded with simple sugars and they're grossly overpriced.

      I assume you're going to be hitting the gym hard. If not, you can just about give up your dream about gaining lean mass no matter what you eat.

      Anyway you can make your own tastier and cheaper weight gainer. Get normal protein powder, add ice-cream or Glucose (actually is from dextrose monohydrate, from NTUC, $3.80 for 1 bottle). This is equivalent to a weight gainer, and is way cheaper.

      If you’re gonna make your own weight gainer, at least choose healthier carbs. Or go with a protein/fat mix instead.
