Brazilian teenage sensation Kerlon is being linked with a future move to Inter.
The 20-year-old is rated as one of Brazil’s most promising players, and he has become famous for his “seal dribble” where he runs past opponents with the ball glued to his forehead, thus making it almost impossible for him to be tackled.
Kerlon is currently at San Siro, receiving medical treatment from Inter for a serious ligament injury, which will see him ruled out of action for several months.
The Cruzeiro star, who is contracted at the Brazilian club until July 2009, was at the Stadio Meazza on Sunday to watch Inter’s 2-1 derby defeat to Milan.
The Corriere dello Sport is now speculating that the Nerazzurri may launch a transfer bid for the skilful forward, who can also play as a trequartista.
Kerlon’s agent was coy when asked about the possibility of such a transfer going through.
“For the moment it is still early to talk about it,” said Mino Raiola.
“Now it is only important that the boy recovers [his injury].”
Kermo has yet to play for the Brazilian national team, but he has represented his country at Under-15 level right up to Under-20.
