I tried running on the tread mill. i tried running at 9(i think unit is km/hr). 8 is abit too low because i dont get the running momentum. I could only run at 9 for 1 min max, then i have to slow down to catch my breath.
On the other hand, if i walk at 4km/hr, i can do like 10 mins.
Thing is i am not doing HIIT, in fact i am too thin to lose any fats.
What do i do to train my stamina?

Compare it to bodybuilders or sprinters or soccer players or basketballers, etc
So what should i do? My legs tire out after 3/4 round of runnning. I think it is both weak stamina and weak muscle? If we say training the muscles, what exercise would train on every muscle that is required in running.

For something you could do at home, have a look at Hindu Squats

It sure looks interesting.
