      no true...

      keeping cool is having control...

when you can control/refrain yourself from wanking, it doesnot mean your have no sex drive, just that you have the control to overcome it

Met a work bully last year and the bullying escalated.

In the end, I took the verbal beating/insult/humiliation, let him yell and scream, detatch myself from the crowd, made coffee, took a smoke, made overseas call to my buddy and let it all out.

To the extend when I'm about to cry, just keep assuring myself this is nothing compared to the worst I've been through so let it ride.

If you're very sure you're not in the wrong and the other person goes ape shit, just show zero expression and walk away. It's usually easier if you're female, if the other party is male, usually other guys will come to your side prepared to help you out if the fellow gets violent.

    • erm, think of "impermanence".

I mean, words are just ... words. If it only affects your mind and doesn't do any other harm to your life, you can just shrug it off.

    • I'm holding on your rope,
Got me ten feet off the ground
I'm hearin what you say but I just can't make a sound
You tell me that you need me
Then you go and cut me down, but wait
You tell me that you're sorry
Didn't think I'd turn around, and say...

It's too late to apologize, it's too late
I said it's too late to apologize, it's too late

Ignore him and on the spot ......

KEEP CHANTING THIS IN UR MIND !!!!!!!

Depends on the situtation for me. I put myself in the shoes of the other person. It might just be that he/she be under a lot of stress in which I would just laugh it off afterwards. If the other party is just trying to make me look bad/bully, then it would be time for a revenge.

Quiet people are not always meant to be stepped on ;).

    • its about the personality la, some ppl are more adept at keeping things to themselves but doesnt mean theyre not angry and these ppl might be the ones who will bear grudges.

some ppl cant control that well and will shout back and argue, but i feel these kinda ppl gets over things easier as hes able to get it off his chest.

but the best is learn to be tactful, u dun wana say anything hurting and get shouted back infront of anyone. nor do u want to keep bullying the quiet ppl who keeps things to themselves, one day they might go crazy and bring a gun to the school/office and shoot everyone and then gabraa themself.
