hi all,
Usually u goes for job application rite? There is a column for u to state past employer and etc.
Do you really write down the last draw salary???
or stated confidential?
Some employer would give you the pay base on your last drawn salary instead of your experience right?
Or experience is different from job scope?

Whenever I saw the job applications without stating availability & expected salary, I'll reject it even well qualified for the job and don't recomend to my HR Dept.
