hi all. new user here. i need advice on this matter. really fustrating.
i went thru this job agency to get a job. so i have been working for quite some time alrdy. Ard 2 months plus. my contract stated that i have to work for a certain period of time before i can quit.
Which means if i wanna leave early,i have to commit until a certain date then submit a 2 weeks notice to resign. So rite now i have worked until the stated date and have given my notice to resign.
The problem now is that i have to stay on because of the 2 weeks notice. Which means i can leave only at the end of the month.I really really dont want to stay on anymore. I was thinking of working until the 16th of may..before i 'disappear' from work.
the job agency has a rule of submitting ur timesheets aka ur payslip to them every 15th and 30th of may. So im submitting my timesheet to them on the 15th. what im afraid is that they may not give me my pay because i didnt turn up for work for the 2 weeks notice period. Because they will take 5 working days to bank in the pay.
Has anyone tried 'betraying' the job agency before? like what im about to do? And is it risky?
