firstly must check your spelling & use of language then you can ask the lady if she's available for a meal..

call the person to have a bit conservation then ask her, be precise abt the date n time though n meet at where?

so wrong.just suggest something like, "hey i'd like to have dinner or go out with you some time." wait for a response before giving date.
n nv go out on weekends for the first few dates.

eh anw.. just ask? it's just a dinner, don't try to put too much meaning and hope into it.. because the lady probably doesn't read too much into it either..
take it as a chance to know her better, and not as a do-or-die situation yah..
EDITED: pls at least do some reservations at the restaurant.. which means u gonna ask her in advance and not last minute.. make the dinner smooth going.. cheers!

Depends.... How often do you all meet up?
If didn't see each other for some time, use fairlady's
If see pretty often, then just ask casually.
Eg. Watching Movie
"Hey, this movie looks good, what do you think?" (i think so too)
"Let's watch together some day shall we?" (alrite)
"How bout this Friday night? Is that okay for you?" (that'd be perfect)else
(i dont think so....)
"Oh, which appeals better to you then? / Any movies that caught your eyes recently?"
(this one looks better)
"Looks good, you sure have fine taste in movies. Shall we catch this this week?"
(yes/no)If kept rejecting all the way, then too bad la. She doesnt want to watch with you.
