  A man who used a mirror to look up a 40-year-old woman’s skirt at a Cold Storage Supermarket in Marine Parade Road last December was fined S$2,000 yesterday for insulting her modesty.
  
  Logistics supervisor Ngui June Sien, 40, could have been jailed for up to one year and fined.

  at least this loser didnt get jailed. When you use mirror, the punishment seem to be less than when you use a camera.
