Salary is very very very low over here (that's the main reason even if you've worked for years)... but this company employ a total of 10 new staffs recently... I not yet resigned, "feel" like resigning only...

He's a very nice temper guy... work here 7 mths already, never see him shout at/scold/talk loud to people... I still don't know what's bad about him as we talk very little (I don't know him well)... his look is acceptable to me... (too handsome, I feel insecure)...

Have heard that one of my male colleague wanted to ask me out for a movie (heard only)... if let say, he really got the guts to ask me out (bcos other male colleagues keep pushing him to do so)... and I agree... but I don't like him one (I like another male colleague)... am I misleading him... or maybe I can take this opportunity to know him better???

Depends on situation, does it pay to be helpful in the first place, if it doesn't, what for still want to help?At my workplace, my colleagues (guys/men some more), they (store dept) always help me and I (sales dept) always help them...

When I step into the working world, I got this feeling also... but the grown-up process has mould me into a better and stronger person... I have learnt to have high EQ, stay cool, be careful what I say/do, be humorous, be positive, be forgiven, don't gossip, don't complain.... etc etc etc...
Instead of saying putting a false image, why not put it the other way, they've to protect themselves from being hurt/betray/backstab...
Feeling backstab/betrayed... forgive but don't forget, take it as a lesson learnt...
No one to trust... make sure what you say to someone are of no secret one... which means they can tell to other people one... you've to learn to protect yourself...
