i need help on eating healthy foods, because ive been eating macs, kfc for like everyday... and i want to change it..
for my everyday life is like..
breakfast = donut,bread,muffin (if have), if dont have then i'll skip breakfast.
lunch = kfc/mac
dinner = kfc/mac
supper = potato chip?(if have)yeah.. im those like short and skinny type.
so right now.. i want to grow taller and be strong.no one in my house cooks for me so i have to buy it myself.
so pls tell me what you guys eat everyday that is also healthy.
or at least other then fast foods? thnx.btw. i kinda hate veggies. (but i'll try)

what do u think of this kind of person...
a person who has....
-broken family (like parents divorce, father dont talk much.. usually busy, mum stays far away and hardly gets to see her, no brother and sister so is alone at home.)
-bad at communicating skills.(very plain and boring person)
-doesnt talk much to people..(nothing to talk about.)
-no good talents(sports no so good, brains also no so good)
-bad childhood experience(pimple/scars/bullied/loneiness/backstab by a "friend") this really affects the person until now.. making the person's mind really haywired.. full of deep "thoughts".
-money.. not so rich.. not as rich as most other normal people..
-friends.. after reading all the above.. not much friends was made.. actually.. no friends at all.. (after getting to know someone and get backstabbed... a really BIG padlock was made.. keeping everyone away to prevent another backstabbing case.)
-appearance (not as good looking as everyone else.. pimple still remains and scars.) always thinking.. " why cant i look like that person?"
i think thats all to know about this person.. so what are ur thoughts/comments about this person?
