Hi... I'm currently serving my NS with SCDF and I have thoughts of signing on with SAF as officer after I ord....
For the BMT will it be conducted at OCS or at Tekong?
Just curious.... What will happen if 1 OOC? Back to CV or they will have alternatives for you? Never heard of OOC for regulars b4... (Was informed by Wuming abt it)

playboy_1985: what your fren did was defer.... i've did it b4 cos i'm still on course even though i've grad from poly.... and my course has to be completed within that year.. so i applied for a defer and eventually i've gotten it....
but now sort of regret a bit... cos that time i'm being posted to bmtc school 1 but after deferment... i'm being posted to scdf...
not trying to say that scdf is not gd but due to my myopia... i wasn't selected for ERS (a firefighter course wif sgt rank after passing out) so end up i'm being posted to HQ doing office hrs though i'm not a clerk...
some might feel that getting office hr is gd but sometimes i feel its quite monotonus.... NS time shud try something new bah.... office hr de after ord can get de ah.... so even after serving for 1yr+ i'm still like a bit regret abt my deferment.... didn't have a chance to experince what my frens are experincing.....

the debate will never end....
unless ur in the rider's position then u will understand the vulnerability a rider is when on the road.... but that doesnt mean that riders are always right....
its usually the fault of a few riders/drivers which result in pple blaming all the fault on the riders/drivers....
too bad not everyone will ride/drive the way they did when they are taking their tp... else there should be less probs on such stuffs....

Parking of van isn't very diff.... just look at the 2 side mirrors....
u just gotta practise more....
U dont need a bonnet to be able to keep in lane....
as long as from the driver seat ur arnd the centre of the lane can liao....

My cousins and his friend caught up with me as they were lagging behind for a smoke .... i think they saw me being bullied.
