i like to ask
what happens when loyalty , forexamper, to a company is based on money? is there loyalty in this respect?
if you think so, when this company goes bankrupt due to pure business reasons and not corruption, with this loyalty, do you think the employees will sacrifice and work for free or lowered salaries? how about when rivals poach them with better packages or simply give them another job to feed themselves?
loyalty? i really wonder how many really know what is the meaning of loyalty and where it is. you need to be tested before you can prove loyalty.
