Hi, im looking for a gundam shop selling 1/100 scale size ones with prices ranged $35 - $45 ( if best from $35 to $40 )
High grade would be fine, but it has to be 1/100 scale size. Any1 know any shops that sells that kind of prices?
What is the cheapest price you know?
Thanks.
Hobby Point, Hobby Art Gallery and M all sell at reasonable prices - basically, most specialty hobby shops will have a better price than department stores b/c of the different channels of distribution. Whether you'd find $35-$40 depends on the kit. It all corresponds to the Yen price. I've seen HAG mark kits down for sale if the box is dented or flawed - but the model itself is perfectly fine.
erhmmm.... when Suntec had a toy sale in the lobby there were some cheap 1/100 kits... but that's long past hehehe.
In terms of height, i think it's like first grade = 1/144 HG is smaller than 1/100 NG = MG. Difference at most is details & Slight change in height.
no. 1/100 scale means for every 1 inch of the model (or cm if you go by the SI system), it represents 100 inches. If a particular Gundam is 16m tall, the 1/100 scale model should be 16 cm. Hence, since not every MS is the same height, not every 1/100 scale model will be the same height!!!

Yeah... that's how the scale works, heights of different gundams are usually reflected in the models. But there's some cosmatic height differences between the same models from MG and 1/100 though...
Other than that, nothing to worry about(height-wise)...

hey alcohol. where's the M u mentioned?
and i see that buying online from shops such as v2hw is cheaper. and rather convenient once u know which model u want to get.
rsrs:
I forgot if it's "M Studio" or "M Models"... it's right next to the camera store in Sunshine Plaza (it's not "inside" the plaza, it's a unit outside near Prinsep).
