  My personal view is that 7.30pm may be a bit late for some pple who knock off work at around 5.30pm or even 6pm.
  
  As this is a dinner buffet, we would arrange in such that for those who arrive earlier, go in and mingle or even start eating if they are hungry. And for those who cannot make it earlier, can still come and meet us at the restuarant itself. What do you think?
  
  To bring 3 more of your guest s is not a big issue, but I am afraid I might be able to extend the 50% disc to them, but maybe at only 25% disc. The discount policy has just been reviewed and has been lowered to 25% instead of the earlier 50% disc.
  
  But to honour my word to those who have confirmed or even tbc, I am willing to cover the 25% different. This is to make good the previous 50% disc that I told them.
  
  That is why I need confirmation by this coming wednesday.
