work place nice .. many freedom .. nice boss ... but gt 1 stupid lao char boh that keep barking on u (unreleated person to the dept which u have to help her do work) .. work can get very very sian sometimes ... esp when all the problem start to pour in ...
wat will u do .. stay on or quit like u have decided earlier

As for work.. it will be sian no matter where you go la.
If the company wants to increase your salary.. then you have to decide what is your ultimate career goal. If you want $$, then since company increase salary, then stay lor..
If you are looking for job challenges, and this job cannot provide that, maybe you can look around the job market to see if there are any..
