ok...intranet...
must have directory, ie tel listing of pple in the company, with a search function (provided the company is big lah)
then must also have information for the employee (HR to contribute), news releases
where possible linkage to financial information system (restricted), customer database (restricted) -

guess the most impt is news update lor.. a place where people go to check out on the latest company news..
then maybe a notice board area where can post birthday messages or something like a shout box?? -
