but i know if production is lesser .. companies will be forced to retrench .. and if they are not retrenching .. only ask u all to take no pay leave.. in a way they are trying to help u all retain job .. at least nvr cut ur pay and still come to work ..

some more the other day me n another contract staff kena qns "how come u all take so much leave recently"
we were like "u all dong bu dong jiu shut down.. u cant say we take so much leave wad.."
but funny thing is, y nv go qns other contract staff? besides contract staff, other perm oldbies kena force to cut their other leave lor cos no more "normal" 21 days leave to take any more....
den after me n her came out from the questioning session, we realised we were the only contract staffs kena this lame session.... their actions are so unjustifiable....
