YES!! IMPORTANT TO CLOSE SHOP...!
No close shop, ur staffs will lay down when they reaches zero percent. And popularity (the thumb at the top right hand corner) will go down. the lower the popularity go, the less customers u will have..
So, end of the day, pls close the shop..

The stoves work at the same speed. I only found that out after buying one teleport stove, thinking it didn't need a waiter LOL.
The menu's are up to you to decide. You get more gourmet points only if you level up (+0.2 for each level) and if you're in the restaurant window.

if i have the ingredient then i upgrade.
