Weird advice. I thought one of the funniest parts was this.
Pray in groups – What in the world does that mean? This sounds like an odd dating tip. What we’re suggesting is that you don’t pray together alone as a couple too early in your relationship. Prayer is so very important in any relationship so please don't misunderstand this point. When you pray with someone of the opposite sex that you care about you begin to build a level of intimacy that can often lead to trouble.
The goal in any Christian relationship is to honor God. Prayer is intimate communication with God and can draw couples together in ways not intended if you are not careful. It’s better to pray together when you are with other Christians. This will help keep the focus on God and not allow thoughts and emotions to wander to prohibited areas.
What? Are they trying to say if you pray together, you will get horny and bonk?
And they advise that you don't even kiss until you are married. Dang. -
The context of such advice is that temptation will present itself when a couple is left alone. Such views stem from the assumption that a couple in love with each other need to be careful lest they are tempted to sin.
Take it as an advice... perhaps a reminder of what can happen.
Within the Christian counsellor context, there are varying latitude on how far to go. Be it holding hands, kissing, cuddling, etc --- it depends on who you ask, and the answer also depends on how the counsellor see in the couple. -
my jie and her fiance pray and read bible together.
it really draws them closer to God and to one another. it's an awesome practice.

I think you are reading too much into the context. I don't know about the how far one can go thing. I know a Christian couple who have not actually had intercourse because they are saving themselves for marriage, but they've pretty much done everything else. -

when u know that someone u love has the same direction in life, same spiritual goals, u feel more secure with that person. that adds to the intimacy of the relationship.
knowing that there is always prayer support from your beloved, knowing that if u're in need,he/she will always pray for you, etc.
its all small but vital parts of the relationship -

i am not here to comment on who's right and who's wrong. i am commenting based on what i have seen and heard, from some overzealous religious folks - i don't think i am one of them.
during my younger days, i know of a pastor and his wife who don't even think that reading Christian-based books on sex is correct - so go figure.
now, does that mean that every Christian couple who prays together will succumb to sin? of course not. Nonetheless, there is really nothing wrong in advicing uninformed Christian couple of where a potentially dangerous situation may exist. -

One morning, little Johnny asked his mum what is "making out". His mum told him to hide behind the curtain at night and see what his elder sister and her boyfriend were doing.

Her boyfriend then climbed on top of her and they tried to squash the eel between them.
After a while, both of them stopped moving. They must have been exhausted after 1 whole hour of trying to kill the eel.
I think they have killed the eel. It was limp. Big sis took out the mask and I could see its slimy remains in it."
