God forgives sins but does that mean the doer will not have to suffer the consequence of his actions ? For instance, a muderer was caught and put to jail. He repents and God forgives him. God's forgiveness does not take away the pain of the lost of the victim's loved ones. What is done cannot be undone.

.............. so it is better to think of the consequence of every actions. There are many things which are irreversible even with God's forgiveness and grace. So, don't think that forgiveness is readily available and can act recklessly without thinking of the harm that your actions will bring to others.

I ask u if u kill a guy and u felt guilty and remorseful and u turn to God for repentance.
God forgives ur sins but u still gt to face lagal punishment.
Or u splash acid on ppl's face even if God forgives after u repent u still gt to pay the consequences for ur crime.
There's criminal on death row who accepted Jesus but still gt to pay the penalty of the crime.
I agree wad done cannot be undone. The pain of the victim cannot be taken away.

We must think of the consequences before doing things.
I agree there's many things which r irreversible.
I agree we should nt act recklessly.
Forgiveness is readily available to ppl who TRULY repents.
My pastor alway emphasized the word truly repent.
lets put it this way...the person killed someone, he pays for it wif his life on earth...he killed on earth, he pays for it while on earth...
if i commit a fraud at my workplace, i pay for it by being fired and handed to the police...but if i cheated my parents, will i be chased out or handed to the police? possible. however, most parents will deal wif the child lighter if the child is truly repentant...at least for the 1st time...dun u agree?
in christianity, heaven is view as home to the creator since he also created heaven...so as His children, doesnt it seems parallel to us living wif our parents? do we need to do good to stay wif our parents? remember, christians call our God heavenly Father...

Your reply gave me the impression that Father only cares for his own child and never mind what his child had done to other child. Father does not punish his child for his wrong doings is just spoiling his child.

God do discipline his children. My church got one lastime very evil christian got punished by God. Then he repented to God after God discipline him.Now he's a changed person.
ur impression is flawed cos the non-christian is NOT God's child...
if u are referring to the case when a christian kills another, then judgement will be upon the christian who killed. however, is it to the pt when God will disown him and chase him out of the hse(heaven)? will u chase ur child out of teh hse and disown him if he killed another of ur child?
u must be clear taht when we say God will judge, it doesnt always mean He will kick taht person out of heaven...when we do wrong, our parents cane us/ punish us...but do they disown us? most dun...
