People who don't recognise Christmas on 25th December can go ahead and go to work on that day or even try climbing into people's apartment dressing up as Santa Claus to surprise people's children after 25th December.
It's your own choice. I would prefer Christmas to be on 25th December and celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ.

It is a festival occassions that everybody will be happy with.
