Why religions against porn?

i tink the issue is not whether we noe we are imperfect but rather are we WILLING to acknowledge and take responsibility for our sins...ppl have no problems acknowledging they are imperfect but we often console ourselves by saying that well, everyone else is not perfect too so its ok for me to be a sinner...

We should try to obey the ten commandments as much as we can. Just try our best.We cannot obey completely but should still make an effort to obey.
But we can never be declared rightheous through obeying the commandments.We are saved by Jesus's sacrifice on the cross.
Jesus has died for ur sins but there's still a need to obey ten commandents and lead holy lives.

I am not a holy man, and I am not an expert, but I will try to answer this question from my personal perspective as an ordinary person.
I believe religions are against porn, because, firstly and foremostly, it will affect a person's self-cultivation and mental state.
Looking at porn is the same like smoking marijuana.
Now I hope you understand.
Of course, there may be other reasons such as dehumanization, degradation, cheapening of women, or undermining sexual mores in society, but I am not too sure about all those, and I dont know how to talk about them. I think at the individual level, the reason which I mention is good enough (affecting a person's mental state through stimulation).
I believe actually this is the similar theory why some religions are against drunkenness and so on.
It is because self-stimulation will create a high, and this kind of high can be detrimental to a person character. It may create unstable mental state, lack of focus, may induce an addiction, and so on.

I have already explained I have low self esteem lastime so I keep changing my beliefs.People with low self esteem are likely to change decisions.
Now my self esteem has improved of course I can stick to my religious beliefs.
