whether people are born disabled or abnormal has got to do with the genetical make up, the natural order of cause and effect.
children are born with AIDS because the genetical make up was messed up by the previous generations, likewise with physical deformity.
I don't think God is obligated to repair such damages.

he is not obligated to save us. get this rite. u make it sound as if man is greater than God and tat without us God cannot survive. he wants to save us out of love. i noe u are going to start a whole debate abt God being loving...but i am juz telling u he was nvr obligated to save us from sins. he chose to do tat out of love. look at our parents, they love us(most do) but they are also a judge to us. so if they love us means they cannot judge us?

ic...but regarding this i want to draw ur attention to the fact tat negative numbers are known as unreal/imaginary numbers...numbers above zero are known as real numbers...so from a mathematical POV, only positive numbers really exist. negative numbers are just there to explain/illustrate things like temperature below zero.
the conclusion i draw is tat regardless of religion or beliefs, everyone believes in an uncaused 1st cause that led to the existence of everything else...
