since he supposedly created Man in his image, how come not all humans are Angmohs leh ?

In his image maybe means we bear a resemblance towards God. Like God have emotions,thoughts and wisdom and we have such things too.
However God have unlimited wisdom but our wisdom is limited.
His thoughts are higher than our thoughts too.
No one knows how God look like because he is beyond comprehension.
