My church used body spirit mind and water liquid gas to explain.
yes in a way but be careful cos revealing himself in 3 forms/modes does not mean they are 3 different gods...that will be polytheism...abt the part where jesus is fully man and fully God, i think u understood it alredi but juz to reinforce, its like a man is fully husband to his wife and fully a father to his child...u get tis?

So begotten son of God is Jesus's human part.
The divine nature of the Son is equal to God the father.
My pastor said when the disciples see Jesus they only see the human part as the divine part is invisible as God is a spirit.
can also lah...but if u look at all the attributes of the trinity, wad was covered by ur church is not exhaustive enuff but pls dont blame them cos to be comprehensive, u need a lot of egs and seriously, unless one is truly interested to find out, how many will find out so comprehensively? for myself, i gathered the info from all over the place and categorised them myself...
yes u can put it tat way...to go further, 100% human cos he had a physical body like us, had the freewill to sin...100% God cos he was born perfect, conceived by the Holy Spirit and not by the sperm of a man...

Yah lah so the human part is begotten by God through holy spirit.
When Jesus said the father is greater than God he must be saying It in reference to his human nature to his father's divine nature.
So when Jesus died on the cross his human body died and gt revived 3 days later?
His divine nature does not die.
yes...and it was also as the role of a Son in submission to His Father...
i wouldnt say his human nature died...cos when he was revived, he was still flesh and blood...and still very much a human...

His human pysical body gt to die first and got revived ma.
If never die first also funny.
But the divine nature does not die.
yes...if u say human body, u are rite...human nature and human body different hor...i believe that its cos Jesus was conceived in the womb of a human tat made him 100% human...if God had just send him down like tat, he will only be 100% God without the human part...BUT this is my own take...i could be wrong...

His dual nature is complex.

If Jesus not conceived by mary and went straightt down from heaven to earth.
He's 100 percent God and invisible.
God is a spirit so invisible.
No one can see God.
He cannot walk on water and do let ppl see him.
He cannot atone for sins because he got no human physical body to died for.
God cannot die.

His physical human body died in the crucification not human nature.
I may be wrong as I never study theology.
If ppl want more clarification better ask a pastor.
yes...then no forgiveness of sins...no man would have witness Jesus living on earth...we would all be doomed...to save humans, he had to 1st be a human, live like a human but perfectly so that wadever wrong there was, he could offset them wif his perfection...Amen...

If Jesus do not take on human form he cannot die for our sins as God is a spirit and God cannot die.
yes...praise the Lord for his widom and understanding...
Most importantly is when we speak of God's only begotten son.
It does not mean God have a wife and give birth to a son.
God does not reproduce as God is without gender.
God is a spirit.
It means the miraculous virgin birth of mary and Mary is not God's wife.
eh no, biblically God is heavenly Father so his gender is a he...but yes, God doesnt reproduce...does a man have to reproduce himself in order to be a son to his father after being a father to his child?
thats why its called miraculous birth cos it didnt happen the natural way...btw, do u noe why a virgin birth was necessary?

Because it means the absense of sperm in the role of reproduction.
Holy spirit plays the role of this virigin birth
yes but why the need to do so? let me explain...cos if jesus was conceived the natural way which is from the sperm of a man, he would inherit the original Sin of Adam, then how can he save us from sins since he would be born imperfect?

Ok. Ur theology is good.
and without virgin birth he cannot have a physical human body to die for ur sins.
Virgin birth is important for the problem of original sin.
so is there logic in christianity? u judge for urself...100posts...haha
