let's say a 3 year-old kid die and go heaven, so that kid will stay as 3yr-old forever ?
then the kid will never experience adulthood ???
seems like not very sensible, right ??
what if the kid would've been an evil person if he/she had grown up on Earth ?
this is just few of many questions that christians should think about.
the more i think about other questions, the less sense heaven actually makes !
no one can enlighten me ?
No need to consider so advance.
With faith, you will be holding His hand in heaven.
Joy Joy Joy.
if we just blindly keep faith and hope things will work out as we wish, then isn't it pure wishful thinking ?
i doubt any pastor or even the pope himself can provide a satisfactory answer.......................
they will simply invoke ''blind faith'' again to dodge these silver bullets piercing the bible fairytale.........
When we go to heaven after we die, we will find out.
another typical evasive answer............
man is now in space-age but still believe in all these superstitious so-called religions........................
the term year old suggests the realm of time...however, heaven is eternal, a place tat doesnt operate in the realm of time...
so the answer is no, the kid wun stay as a 3-yr old cos in eternity there is no time factor...how does eternity work and how does it feel like is sth we cannot comprehend completely...the closest i can tink of is the number series...very number comes wif a value which symbolises a limitation...anything wif a value is limited and bounded...however, the infinity is without a value not cos it has no value but rather, its beyond value...eternity is like infinity...beyond value, beyond time cos time itself is limited juz like how we say 24hrs in one day, 60 min in an hr and 60 sec in a min...
the thing is the 3yr-old kid will never have the experiences of an adult.........
the kid's consciousness is limited to only 3 yrs-old.................
this thing alone can prove that HEAVEN DOESN'T EXIST....................
is infinity greater than any other number in the number series? if life was like moving from 1 to infinity(heaven), then when one is in heaven, wouldnt he/she noe wad its like to be any other age on earth since infinity is greater than ALL numbers that ever existed???

On this statement, age is a thing of the body, not the soul. If you die at 3, your soul will be the same as other souls, just more naive and have eternity to mature.

On this statement, this is bull. It is nowhere written in the Bible what heaven is like, whether like a perfect version of earth, or completely different.
You will be by His side, therefore it is "Good" by God's definition. It may not be "good".
To Christians, "good" = "Good" because holding his hand is such an honor. But you may have nothing else to do up there. How can you call it joy?
Example: Imagine it is perfect. You can enjoy/consume everything you want. But you should have no sin or greed. You won't want to consume. If you have nothing to do all day for eternity (except hold His hand), is that perfect?
in the 1st place, when we tok abt maturity, are we referring to the maturity of the soul? how do we determine if a person is mature? its in the person's tots, belief system and wad they experienced in life...maturity is often associated wif the mind while age wif the body...so can we actually say a person's soul is naive? i wouldnt say for sure...

Christian view: the body and all the sins are stripped away from the soul, if you start with goodness + infinite time to mature, you will be mature. Not perfect (because only God can be Perfect), yet theoretically you should become infinitely mature (not possible, only God can be that). Only god can be omniscient.
= One massive contradiction. But I was explaining the Christian view above. If you ask them, they will say human logic cannot explain it.
when u enter the realm of eternity and infinity, all become perfection...just as u cannot add to or subtract from infinity to give it a different value...i have a feeling we are seeing things from diff frequency...
we wun be hungry yes, but tat doesnt equal we cannot eat and drink delicious food...no hunger dont equal cannot eat/drink...we can still do it for pleasure...wad happens when u add to infinity? it remains infinity, wad happens when u subtract from infinity? it remains as infinity...

But only God can be perfect. We human souls cannot. It is not written in the Bible that we will become perfect. I don't think it's correct that "all become perfection".
Christ died for our sins. This means he paid for our sins, it does not mean our sins are washed away from our souls. God will always be God and the only perfect one.
we will receive our glorified bodies when we go heaven...i tink u need to read things in context and not literally...offhand, i cun show u the verses but we will ge perfected when we enter heaven...
I think any pastor will say that walking with God and being perfect are very different.
walking wif God is when we are on earth...perfection comes when we are in heaven...why dont u ask abt whether we are perfected when in heaven?
people cling onto religions becoz of ignorance..................
heaven is like the straw that a drowning man will try to cling on to stay afloat.................
just pure wishful thinking of people that are afraid of death...............
fear of death comes from ignorance.............they don't know the true nature of reality.......................
the truth is..............no one was ever born and no one ever died............
already scientists have proven that the universe is a hologram and physical reality is an illusion................
when you know this, there's no need to fear death or cling on to an eternal after-life.................
and they'll see that god and heaven are pure man-made creations of their wishful thinking...............

Because "perfected" is not the right word to use. We are forgiven. Our sins are paid for by Jesus.
Do you think think perfect is the right word to use? If we were perfect, being all powerful, all knowing, all present, we would be Gods right? During our stay in heaven, we don't get these powers, we are only cleaned up to be presented to Him.
LOL.........................if Jesus can pay for your sins, then what about the COUNTLESS people that never heard of him.................
and what about the COUNTLESS people that lived before his time.............
no...when in heaven, we will be all-knowing...sigh, why dont u go and asks a pastor abt tis since u are not convinced?
In my opinion, heaven is a wonderful place that words can never describe.
