  If you have not heard of Anthony Flew or grappled with his reasons for rejecting atheism, then you are really ignorant. Please take the time to read up more about why atheism should be rejected. Yes, many Christians have left the faith, but do you know the reasons why?

  You admitted that you are not well versed in the Bible, so what makes you think that those inconsistencies and paradoxes were correctly seen as such? You presume too much and are only basing your rejection of Christianity on an ill-informed or ignorant basis. Is that your way of reasoning? That does not seem to put you in good stead.

  Seems to me that it is the atheists here who are filled with pride, since they think they are so intelligent and those with religions are dimwits or worse.

  THats not true. Many of us make sound and logical decisions to leave the religion. And for me personally , I really dont hate god because I cannot hate something that I dont believe exist!

  they left was because they realised god doesnt exists. if you know this truth, will you still remain in it, hell no. so to summarize, god exists in the bible and invented by man.

  Many Christians leave the faith because they THOUGHT they saw errors and inconsistencies in the Bible. One thing sorely lacking in today's church is the need to equip believers with the ability to defend the faith. Were you taught to defend the faith with good reasons? Be honest about it. For myself I have to learn it from reading widely and attending conferences.

  Atheists sometimes betray themselves. They claim not to hate God and yet write against belief in God with such vehemence!

  1. Sorry I THOUGHT god was real, until i saw all the absurdities in the book. You defend the religion very poorly honestly. When you said the earth is 6000 years old based on the bible's chronologies, you already shut out christianity to all smart people. WHen you say the earth is 6000 years old, know that Many christians WILL NOT agree with you too.

  2. We are against the idea of christians pushing their religion as fact, not because we are angry with a god or a fairy.

  His ego is easily bruised. This means he is an arrogant man.   In the bible, it says God does not like arrogance.    Accuse me of evading, he himself is doing it, hypocrite!
