Book of Enoch is quoted in the Bible BUT not in the bible?

  The Book fo Enoch was found together with other Dead Sea Scrolls scriptures.

  Also the Book of Enoch was quoted by JUDE in the Book fo Jude in the bible.

   

  Jude 1:14-15 says "Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about them: “See, the Lord is coming with thousands upon thousands of his holy ones ¹⁵ to judge everyone, and to convict all of them of all the ungodly acts they have committed in their ungodliness, and of all the defiant words ungodly sinners have spoken against him.”^[a]

   

  This Jude verse is actually taken from the Book of Enoch.

   So why isnt the Book of Enoch included in the Bible? Book of Enoch must have been very important such that Jude actually quoted from it?

  But why isnt it in the Bible today?
