I feel this guy deserves his own thread. Although I've never been one to condemn any player that players that wear the Liverpool jersey, Josemi is clearly the worst, panicky, nervous, cannot-pass-a-simple-ball-to-a-teammate defender since the days of Phil Babb and Bjorn Tore Kvarme. I mean, come on, this guy has already cost us god knows how many points. I hope Benetiz get wise soon and send him to the reserves to "adapt".

I think today's Straits Times said it best:

This guy must go. Terminate his contract now before he becomes an even worse disgrace for Liverpool. -

In a more serious note , most team knew our weakest link !
Opponents tends to attack more from their left , if you observe more , Chelsea did that , Olympiakos did so , Boro did so , now Pompey did so !
The only team that actually did so and not won the game is Arsenal and Josemi was not playing , Finnan did !
That's how I summed out the whole situation .
Think Benitez knew our weaknesses . 'Cos he's a well verse fella with stats , and the stat shows that we conceded goals with mistakes from the right berth !
I believe during that Olympiakos' game , right at the end , he was trying to tell Josemi the mistakes that he nearly caused us the game . -

There's no coincidence tat in recent games he played...we conceded unnecessary goals and lost points!

This guy is clocking one yellow card per game.
At the end of the season, he would have missed a few games due to too many yellow cards.
I believe he is not suited for the physical english game.
With him around, Hyypia have to cover a wider area.
Ah Ben is not blind.
He know that Josemi is a Boo-Boo.
I guess he have to wait for a while to off load him.
Or else his other spanish brothers would be upset.
He cannot lose Finnan now.
Finnan is a good tough player to be around.

seriously josemi is a flop. his first few games were good after tt it just fizzled out. he's becoming another diao. haizzz -
Liverpool could be without Josemi for up to six weeks due to a knee injury.
The Spanish full-back has been experiencing a problem with his knee recently and has been advised by the club doctor to see the surgeon.
If an operation is required Rafael Benitez expects Josemi to be sidelined for about a month and a half.
