Tot they used to have many matches - pre and post X'mas?! Now oni normal programmes?!
Actually, dun like to face "weak" team after a good win. Also, WBA kenna thrashed tis week...so will likely to buck up in the next!
But I've confidence in the team n Beni...we shd WIN it; a big scoreline will be bonus but not necessary.

High scoring as every one is in Xmas Mood and having slippery fingers due to overdose of Turkey Meat.
Both team will be giving each other a point as Xmas present.

10 minutes into the game, WBA's defence looks very fragile and not convincing in containing liverpool's strikers.
having said that, liverpool is not capitalising on that with it's sloppy play. quite a number of needless long ball when there is so much space in WBA's half.
on a couple of occasions, carraghers and traore was playing with fire with too many fanciful yet unimpressive clearance.
fortunately, riise was back into his old self with a wonderful first touch.
liverpool should have killed off WBA at half time with a 2-0 lead and a numerical advantage, but baros was too causal with his penalty. his expression looks like he was concentrating more on how to celebrate his goal before it was even taken.
will liverpool gets a sucker punch in the second half? let's hope not. -
Game was over after Pongolle netted the 2nd goal.
West Brom's defending was very poor.The wall was non-existant when Stevie G scored. Risse capped a man of the match performance with a thunder bolt near the end. Garcia gets his season double over WBA.
A very good and important win for LFC. Players are healthy, Stevie G and Baros played just over an hr, able to get enough rest for the hectic schedule ahead.
Well done Reds.
and oh did you hear the RAFA LA BAMBA being sung by the Liverpool supporters?

The Liverpool Team was having Xmas Spirit in the first half.
Never have I seen the ball behave like a pinball, bouncing around the pitch and not towards the goal.
All the players were running aimlessly around the pitch.
It was a erratic performance.
Stevie was sleeping in the first half except for delivering the pass for Riise to score.
Ah Ben said something during the break.
Liverpool came out in the second half playing like a team.
They were gifted with a sending off of a WBA player.
Stevie and Riise was impressive for the night.
Kewell was missing for the night.
Hope he stay around and WATCH how Riise play as a Left Wing.
The word was "Bang ! Bang ! Bang !"
He was the most alert Liverpool player around.
Baros was not at his best and his hunger during the Newcastle match was not evident.
Liverpool would have scored 4 more goals if not for the steady hand of the WBA goalkeeper, Mr Holt. -
In the end west brom was overrun by liverpool but i think west brom also had their chances in the first half. A horrendous mistake by carragher left horsefield through and it could have so easily been west brom 1 liverpool nil
Hope liverpool play better for their next game and give their best for the new year's day clash with chelsea. Anyways, it was a comfortable victory for the reds and a job well done.

Riise like one man possessed , every touch turned into "Goal" !
Sinama's goal is sheer innovative from the man himself , he started the move , finished off the move with a terrific volley . Sinama is fast improving as a player , Le Tellac should come back early to learn a trick or two from Benitez.
Well done lads .
We never do well in December , this is the best December for L'pool in ten years ! Beaten only once , won two and drawn 1 , collected a total 7points from 4 matches , scoring a massive 8 goals from just 2 matches , just great ! -

and yes! Riise playing in the left wing role (replace Kewell) and the Riise with the killer left leg is back!! scored 2 gaols.. created 2 (though he admit that he is going for hat-trick with the goal Gracia socred)
WBA did put up a good fight initially and almost create a goal... till the red card.
