i think this season Pool is really suay, another broken ankle. this season luck might not even out for us, might not even qualify for CL. So sad.

We sure to get casualty everytime we face Big Guns , and has to be sub. very early .
Haven't heard any seriousness of Alonso's ankle injury , hope it'll be okay in time for that Bayern Leverkusen match .
From goalkie , defense , midfield , this three department is okay , until the front line ...... our penetration broke down . -

Aiyo , our sick bay don't seem to be short of "guest" !
I thought Milan Baros is okay for this match , i bought a ticket of a Liverpool win @$ 3.15 , then saw Baros not inside the team sheet , follow by Liverpool playing Sinama alone upfront , without Kewell ...... sad , turns even more sour when saw Alonso limped out !
Overall , Liverpool played alright , except we short of one main striker .
When is Morientes coming ? I heard 6 million pounds almost confirmed by Mori's agent ? -
I have always think that Liverpool missed a good buy on Joe Cole when West Ham went down.... and he did a double on Liverpool, scoring both winning goals on Reds defeat to rich backside Chelsea.... anyway, thats history.
What went wrong???
We had more shots on goal.... more corners..... more possessions.... but we lost from a deflection.... rob of a clear penalty.
Garcia is not really shoe his worth with the number 10 shirt... J.Cole scored the winner wearing the same number jersey.
Gerrard is sooooooo quiet tonight that I had a hard time finding him

As I said, I am damn proud of my Liverpool. After I saw them lost, my mother come and tell me dun be sad lah...
But, yes i was sad for a moment... but I look at their discipline and play without Baros, Cisse and Alonso for most of the match...i am damn proud to be Liverpool fan...always....

Liverpool played well today. We could have easily taken the lead if not for the stoopid peter cech. haizzzz sad to go down to a deflected goal. Mourihno was so damn bloody arrogant! i hope they don't win the premiership this year.

People hate Man United due to the ya-ya attitude of their monkey fans.
Man Untd's fan is international and around the world but not local.
Most of the soccer fans in Manchester supports the Blues - Man City.
As for Chelsea, the only one that is ya-ya is their coach.
I dun see any Chelsea fans around, maybe after they win the EPL this year.
The reason why Chelsea is winning is BELIEF.
Jose is able to psycho the players to believe they are the best and perform the best.
That is why this Jose is King of Mind Games.
Alex represent the past era of managing with fear and control.
Wenger used to be good at convincing his players to play well, maybe he used the same formula for too long and it is losing its effect.
Ah Ben earns the respect of his players by moving on to match and match and not whining about lost penalty and heavy injury list.
Ah Ben just goes on doing his job in a quiet confident way and that is why Jose did not have any reaction from Ah Ben after disturbing him.
For Ah Ben's approach have earned the respect of Jose to the extend that he actually praise his opponent for the first time. (That is so far that I can remember, correct me if I am wrong)

We DUN deserve to lose...in fact, I tink we were robbed!
We were the better team! But the truth is...we are not ready yet! Almost deprived for an effective frontman - Pongelle tried but he's still learning - and we lost Alonso early in the game. While the whole team played well, we need to improve on our finishings - Traore, Garcia n Riise were the main culprits.
Also, I'm surprised noone here comment on the referee - no prize for guessing who he was. Personally, I suspect his integrity...if not his judgement! I really hope the FA made him explain the 2 incidences - the handball which obviously he saw and held the whistle up (juz to lick it?!); and the foul on Pongelle in the box by Meckelle.
We will be riding in another "storm"...with our growing injury list - Alonso out for almost 2 mths, and the uncertainty of getting a good striker! But one thing's for sure, we hv a good mgr in Beni to see tat we brave thru it, and become even stronger and better Yes, YNWA!!! -

Breaking NEWS... Chelski have completed the loan signing of Mike Riley with a view to a permanant move at the end of the season. However Man U will complain to the football league that their star man was tapped up before the transfer window was opened. It looks increasingly likely that the move will be permanant judging by Riley's performance at Liverpool and a fee of £Xmillion has been agreed with Roman Abramovich. Apparently Alex fergusion is furious at losing one of his most senior members n calls this whole thing IMMORAL. -

Jamie Carragher has launched a scathing attack on referee Mike Riley and urged the Football Association to prevent him officiating at future big matches.
Carragher was incensed by Riley's controversial decision to deny Liverpool a penalty against Chelsea at Anfield on New Years Day following a clear handball by Tiago.
The fact that the Reds eventually ended up losing a game they dominated only served to compound Carra's anger and he's adamant that Riley's error should not go unpunished.
"If the refs perform well, then they should get the big games," says the passionately spoken Liverpool defender.
"But the fact is that he influenced the outcome of another game by bad decisions. He's the same referee who made big mistakes in the United versus Arsenal game.
"What happened here and at Old Trafford could prove the difference between Arsenal winning and losing the league. Referees must be held more accountable. The FA should look at the referees who are officiating in these big games. This was a really big one and you need to have a top referee.
"Everybody knows how difficult it is for referees and that they don't get action replays but it was a blatant penalty. He was in a great position to see it. We all turned to him straightaway because he was five or six yards away and he'd put his whistle in his mouth. I don't know if he lost his nerve but he just didn't blow."
