Guess Ah Ben's mistake is to put an unfit Moro in the 1st half.
He is still not match-fit to make any contributions.
Hate to see Baros struggle outside the six yard box without any players running "into" the box.
Garcia is the next guy under close analysis.
He dun seem to be able to handle tough tackle from the English players and tend to be selfish and dun pass the ball around.
Is he really good enough to be the GUY behind the two strikers ??
Ah Ben may have to cracked the bank account to get another playmaker midfielder.
It may takes some matches to get Moro into serious sharpness and fitness.
So, Liverpool is not getting the 4th placing if they carry on playing like this.
At least they play well against Chelsea and lost.
The irony of things is that as the Spanish Import have flopped in Anfield, the GH Flop have played very well.
Diouf have play very well as a lone striker against Arsenal.
Nearly score a goal against the gunners.
Maybe Ah Ben should get La Tallec back and Diouf back at the end of the season.
For Diouf, get him a mask before he play so that he dun anyhow spit at the fans or opponents. -
Gerrard, Garcia, was effectively shut off by Roy Keane and Scholes.
Heinze basically blocked out Liverpool's right.
Liverpool failed to target the weakest link > Wes Brown and Silvestre and lost the match. -

with the result not because we lost... BUT we let a 10 men Man U won!
Benitez took a gamble to start with Morientes and Pellegrino and lost evey penny. Why not start with Pongolle then sub Morientes? Morientes ask to be taken off cos he is NOT fit which is a fact as he truely lack of match fitness. He is here to stay, he got tons of chances to play. Baros has also just return so it's a good having 2 new strikers. Why not play a 4-5-1?
Next DUDEK!! is he the legitimate son of Fregie or what! EVRY TIME we play Man U, he give free goals..... look at the goal from Rooney, I just can't help thinking why a top class keeper gets down so slowly. Who pay his salary I begin to wonder.
Luis Garcia... (shakes head... ) a total disgrace to the number 10 jersey. If Baros played with his head down. Garcia played with his head in his shorts. Morientes would have a clear shot on goal IF he passed. What he did? takes a shot with 2 defenders in his face. What the hell is he thinking? he can penetrate players with his shots? He really needs to bring his brain to the field. Good cross from Nunez, with the smallest angle in the world and the keeper covering the angle he choose to shot into the side netting (I'm not surprise that it went into the side netting cos thats where its going to go) when he has the option of Baros in the middle and Biscan arriving.
Benitez STOP relying on too many Spanish. Not all are good.
When Man U down to 10 men, what Reds do? fall back and defence. Even my dad who watched the game with me thought Reds a playing time wasting tactics. When Man U attack with the ball, they fall back into their own half. What's this? attacking football? too afraid to attack a 10 men Man U? The players are all over the play... Troare end up on the right at one stage.
all I can say is, it a total diappointment watching Liverpool last night. -

i thought our defence did ok ... ronaldo and rooney were pretty quiet throughout the match ...
i thought our attack really lacked penetration and cohesion ... we need crisp one touch passing and we probably missed alonso's passing and an in-form kewell ...
we will bounce back from this ...

Many of us saw that Morientes is definitely not match fit. Even if he is so, he still need to adjust to the pace of football in EPL. He had a couple of decent chances but none were at the back of the net. The goal scoring drought from the strikers continues....
Gerard, where were you? Instead, we saw Hamann most of the time supporting the attackers. Where is the forwarding runs and drive we saw every other match? LFC seemed to lost the drive without the inspiration from the Captain and it showed.
My word, Dooohdek had it coming and likely he wun be wearing the Reds shirt for the next season. It was a slo-mo when you get down to that save... almost took forever to get down in fact.
Still has hope for LFC to clinch a fourth spot at least. It's not impossible. With some of the players back from injury, we still can fight for Euro honors. -

anyhooooo.... LFC was playing crap... seriously.. their attacks didn't seem dangerous... while one sense that the MUFC attacks may result in a goal, the LFC ones didn't...
maybe the players need to be smacked upside the head for their lack of pride.. -

I suspect the team spirit was affected somehow by the starting lineup - the 2 new players started i/o other regulars!?
On hindsight, Beni failed in his gamble to filed Morientes fm start...he cld've been more useful as a sub. And while most wld blame Dudek for his mistake, I feel the whole team is 2b blamed for not capitalising on the 1-man adv. The overall performance by the Reds was at best an anti-climax!
