still think that LFC without Stevie G would probably be languishing in lower to mid-table obscurity... -

I saw him as the reason why Everton is one position higher than L'pool . -
yah.. but for Everton, it's a matter of pure teamwork and discipline... not because of just one man.. Gravesen is pretty good...
but with Stevie G, you get a drive that is almost unstoppable... to me, he's one of those freaks of nature... last season, i would say he single-handedly pulled LFC to 4th place... such a player, i would never sell at all, unless another club throws the kind of money they paid for Zidane at me.. and then, i'd still think about it...
it is rare that one player has the force of personality and drive to drag a jaded and almost uncaring team up with him..
p.s. notice how Real Madrid has gone to heck after they sold Makelele? no one left to do the dirty work like Vieira and Stevie G does... Real Madrid is actually desperate.. that's why they got Gravesen -

Well that's some welcoming news. Hopefully Stevie G realises that with the signing of morientes, they're on the way of challenging for top honours. and he wont leave just yet.
