gonna be a cracking game.
I can't believe there is'nt going to be a live telecast!
Newcastle are on the roll, 2 wins out of 2, including the morale lifting FA Cup truimp over Chelsea. Liverpool on the other hand have a bit of mixed form coming into this game, with a brilliant 3-1 UCL win over Leverkusen yet faltering in extra time during the Carling Cup final.
Newcastle Liverpool clashes have not been short of goals of late and this one will be no different. I'll be expecting goals. Liverpool CANNOT afford to drop any more points if Everton don't.8 points is a massive gap to cover.And the prospect of no UCL football next season is beyond imagination and one of terrible consequences. Newcastle's season has been a fogettable one so far. No UCL, lingering in mid-table. This is a gd time to peak as they push for a UEFA cup spot.
It's gonna be a close game, but based on the history of the past meetings between these 2 teams and a full strength Liverpool side all set to put aside the Carling Cup disappointment away, I expect the Reds to edge the magpies in a close encounter filled with goals by the odd goal.
2-1,3-2, or 4-3 anyone?

Liverpool have been getting lots of bad press about Baros and Gerrard after the Cup defeat.
It will be a high scoring game but I dun see Liverpool winning as they lose the trust for their captain.
I wonder what Ah Ben can do about THAT. -
Our quest for the 4th spot could'nt have been tougher with such a match.
Live-telecast or not, we'll be rooting for the Reds' WIN... it's so d@mn crucial to get a result this Sat n hope for the blue-noses to slip!!!. -
Last season , we manage only a 1-1 draw , thanks to Dan Murphy .
Playing Newcastle is already tough , tougher playing at St James' Park .
If L'pool played the standard like against Bayern L. , it's shouldn't be a problem to win , but if......against Birmingham , that's it , doomed !
Anyway , it's good to put a bet on L'pool win . -

So sad ..... we can't even get a point from this game , even if we don't deserve the point , we need the point , by all means !
Too bad a debut for Steven Carson .
And Pellegrino , not his best in L'pool shirt ! His six month contract is not likely to be renew .
What happene if we miss out on UCL next season , any head to be chop ? -

It is funny that missing 5 players can mean so much difference for Liverpool.
Any S-League Team can play more organised soccer than Liverpool.
I can believe that Liverpool is seriously hit by the defeat in Cardiff.
The only positive thing I can think of is this Bunch of slackers (the only team that play with their mood every game) may be saving their legs for the CL match next week.
So, expect a victory from the Beloved Liverpool against the German team.
