Will Everton, Liverpool or Bolton be the last English team to qualify for UCL?

Everton and Bolton can fully concentrate on their EPL matches.
Liverpool have two "extra" EPL matches with Chelsea.
Unless Liverpool's injury list is "suddenly" cleared,
Liverpool will still played with a depleted squad.
They would most probably try to save their leg for the Chelsea match.
Therefore, CL semi-final can be a hurdle for the last lap to CL qualification.
But, it boils down to the mental strength of the individual players. -

case, the title-holders come from an association entitled to enter four teams
for the UEFA Champions League, the fourth-placed club in the top domestic
league championship has to be entered for the UEFA Cup.

I interpret as the English FA can chose between Liverpool or Everton to be the fourth team. But my friend said it meant Liverpool kicking Everton into the UEFA Cup....so which is which? -

Hopefully I hope the UEFA to kick one of the Italia spot out and give them to EPL for punishing them for the firecracker incident.
Both Liverpool and Everton will not suck thumbs should one win the UCL and the other the 4th place. Problem solved!

Should Liverpool win the UCL, even if they are not qualified next season, I'm sure the fans will be very pleased.
Imagine this scenario:
"We are the champion and yet we cant defend our title this year, this just to prove UEFA are bunch of sour grapes who kick us out of the competition just because we are good!"
It is as if the champions retired after winning the title, isn't it great?
That is provided that Pools beat Chelsea and Milan, which I felt it is impossible!

the winner goes to the final.
but if the total score of both matches end in a draw
1-1, 2-2, 3-3, 4-4, 5-5 blah blah blah
then the team that score more goals away from home wins. -
