Don't forget, Stevie G also did his part in marking out Serginho. AC Milan's attack in the second half all started with him. The decision to put Stevie G as right back is a masterstroke!
Hamann was the turning point. Helped stabilise the defense and midfield. Traore also did a good job clearing out a certain goal. Dudek wayang wayang psycho all the AC Milan penalty takers until they all miss! Hahaha.....like that Bruce Gobberlear(sp?) wobbly legs technique.....knn.....take ball ke ke test pressure, see ball got leak air then pass the ball back to AC Milan players.....this is another masterstroke.

Ah Ben made some tactical mistakes in the 1st half but he was later lucky that Hamann was in to repair the damage.

As I type these words,I am wearing the 98/99 jersey.It is so sad but I am still very proud to be a Milanista.
I have just a few words to say.
We outplayed Liverpool throughout much of the 120 minutes.6 minutes of lapses in concentration led to our appalling defensive blunders which turned the tide.When it was 3-3,deep in my heart,I felt that Pool would snatch it somemore,by a freak goal,by a dubious penalty,by a shootout etc whatever.
It was Lady Luck helping Pool but then again Champions make their own luck like MU in '99.It is Pool's destiny to be European Champions in '05.
Congrats,Kopsters all over the world.And you deserve to defend your crown next season.
But rest assured that the Red and Black Devil will rise again one day.
