What a cruel game football can be .
Arsenal were second to MU for almost the whole game , until that shootout , and they won !
Can we say MU no luck ? Sway ?
Or can we say MU pay the penalty for not killing off Arsenal for 120 minutes ?
Congrats to all Gunners , but not really deserving it ! -
Arsenal dun deserve to win the cup at all.
Man U really unlucky not to finish off Arsenal in the 90 minutes. -

man utd deserved to win this game. ronaldo was outstanding and supplied tons of crosses but van nistrelooy missed them all.
give lehmann some credits, he kept arsenal in the game. -

Yeah,C.Ronaldo was outstanding,dribbling past that Lauren EVERYTIME.
I sit up everytime he gets the ball.

Just for instant ..... if MU got luck , Rooney shot would have sneak into goal between Lehman and the post , but the ball hit the upright .
Then if MU got luck , RVN's header would have went straight into the net , but the ball hit Ljunberg's head !
Again if MU and RVN got luck , RVN header would have been wayward down instead of skyward .
If got luck , MU would have been 3-0 up by 80 minutes !
MU sway la this match .
I summed up , MU should be proud losing . They played well and lost . -

Ferguson: Vieira seems 'immune'
Sir Alex Ferguson insisted Patrick Vieira had an apparent 'immunity' from referees which prevented him from being sent off before striking the penalty that secured the FA Cup for Arsenal.
Referee Rob Styles sent off Jose Antonio Reyes in the final minute of extra-time before the first shoot-out in 133 years of FA Cup final history went Arsenal's way.
However, Ferguson believes the official, whose high red card tally came under scrutiny before kick-off, should also have dismissed Vieira.
The Arsenal captain was booked near the end of extra-time for a tackle on Cristiano Ronaldo but then escaped a second caution for another foul on Wayne Rooney.
Ferguson, who also accused Arsenal of 'boring' tactics and playing for penalties, declared: 'He could have maybe sent off Vieira.
'But Patrick seems to have an immunity to these kind of things so I'm not surprised. These games are very difficult for referees. Where do they start or stop?
'There were a lot of fouls and I don't think there were any really bad ones, although Reyes was perhaps a bit lucky not to be sent off for his tackle on Mikael Silvestre.
'You don't want to see players sent off in the final but referees are only human beings.'
Vieira's last domestic dismissal was, ironically, at Old Trafford last season when he clashed with Ruud van Nistelrooy, although he was sent off in the Champions League earlier in this campaign.
Ferguson could nevertheless be excused a feeling of deep frustration at United's defeat, having dominated the entire game, which ended goalless.
